It should be a good group. Labor contractors are the despised, unwanted, and necessary link in the agricultural labor supply chain. That makes them perfect for me. You have no idea the challenges these guys face.

Curious what the challenges the labor contractors face? I assume these are companies that supply day labor for farms or similar ? Is it a shortage of (qualified) labor that is an issue? Similar to the shortages currently found in the construction industry? We have trouble finding good day labor in the DC market - even when using established staffing firms.
